Awero Care & Crafts CIC is delivering a community wellbeing initiative titled “Holistic Reset: Wellbeing and Stress-Relief for Disadvantaged Women.”

The project supports women in Blackburn with Darwen who may be experiencing chronic stress, social isolation or other wellbeing challenges.

Through structured group sessions, the programme provides supportive spaces where women can reconnect with themselves, build resilience and strengthen connections within the community.

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

Holistic Reset will support 45 women across three cohorts. Each cohort will participate in guided wellbeing sessions designed to promote emotional balance, relaxation and supportive community interaction. Sessions will include reflective wellbeing activities, supportive peer discussions and practical strategies for managing everyday stress.

COMMUNITY IMPACT

The programme aims to help participants:
* reduce feelings of stress and isolation
* build confidence and emotional resilience
* strengthen community connections
* develop practical wellbeing tools for daily life
